GoogleWe have been pleased with our initial response from Allen and Harris Estate Agents. Our first meeting was productive and made us feel at ease. This gave us the confidence to move forward with the company in order to sell our property in what we hope will be a relatively quick sale. The follow up meeting took less than a week when the measurements and photographs were taken. They are also keeping us informed of developments throughout the sale.

GoogleHappy with the service. Have used A&H Pontcanna for about 6/7 years for letting and tenant finder service and they have always found good tenants and quickly too and used them for a referencing service when I found the tenant and they were very helpful. Used them for mortgage advisor too. Great service. Have dealt with Sophie who is great at updating about the letting process and is lovely.

GoogleKatie and Sophie were prompt, reactive and helped us arrange a new property in an incredibly short amount of time. With current circumstances, and our tenancy in our old property quickly coming to an end, it was beginning to become quite stressful to organise a new property. We weren’t able to view the property in person at the time but Katie very kindly recorded a video of the interior and answered any questions we had. Most importantly, in a matter of a week or so Katie was able to sort out all of our paperwork and ensure that we had completed everything we needed to move in such short notice. The process was straightforward, fair and with a great deal of communication from the agency the whole time. Everybody was very helpful and made the whole process effortless. We’ve had experiences with agencies before that made the process tiresome and confusing, with surprise forms at every corner, but this was not the case with Allen and Harris. In fact I think we’ve already had more communication with Allen and Harris than our last two agencies over two years. Our new tenancy is managed by the landlord so I’m not able to comment on their management ability throughout a tenancy. But I’m sure they exceed at this too.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI have used Allen & Harris as my letting agent to let my BTL apartment in the city centre. I dealt with Katie - Lettings Manager and I have found her super helpful and always replying to any of my queries very promptly! 5* for Katie. 4 star review as I felt Katie was slightly let down by other departments/processes as part of the Sequence property, which weren't as quick to deal with stuff and Katie had to chase them on numerous occasions. All in all, I am happy with my experience and as they also managed to find tenant very quickly I will used them again at the time of renewal.

GoogleTim and the team at Allen and Harris were amazing. My wife and I were buying our first home and Tim helped us through every step of the way. When we had draw backs with contracts and legal issues, Tim investigated for us and helped resolve them. We felt like Tim was on our side the entire time and It was great to have his experience guide us. I would highly recommend Allen and Harris to any first time buyers.

GoogleHave received a really good service from the Pontcanna Office , have not had to worry about anything. The tenant who was there moved out after 6 months and the agency had a new tenant lined up , who moved in on the same day , seamless transaction. The only reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5 is there are a lot of staff in different offices geographically who have different jobs and I find it difficult to remember who does what , having said that it may be because I am new to this agency and am only with them 8 months now. I have found all the staff very professional especially Sophie in renting who was my first port of call.
