GoogleAs a previous customer of the Alan & Harris Talbot green branch, the staff there are very helpful, friendly, provides an exceptional service and goes above and beyond what is asked of them. They let you know every step of the way when you have viewing and the outcomes. Up until last week they had a really good mortgage adviser who was exceptional. he helped me and explained everything with the mortgage, even with an older head like mine. :). I am sure he will be missed by his work colleagues. They now have a new one but have not had any dealing with. I would recommend Alan & Harris Talbot green branch to any one. This is the reasons for 5 * This is especially for Clare and Josh.

GoogleWithout the constant care and support of Claire and Tom in this branch, we would not have completed our sale. The branch is run very professionally and all staff are extremely polite and helpful. Claire is an exceptional manager and who was at all times professional, helpful and efficient and she kept us in the picture throughout the whole process. When your solicitors are absolutely useless as ours were, the role of the Estate Agents we realise now is crucial. I would not hesitate to recommend and would use them again.

We have experienced a lack of professionalism and terrible communication from the get go. Overall really poor service.
