Simply the best…

The team at Michael Jones kept us informed of progress all the way in the sale of my late father’s home. We don’t live near, so they visited the house regularly to make sure all was well. This was extremely helpful. They advised us every step of the way as the sale went through to a happy conclusion. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and should we need help with buying in the future…I would go back to them.

Service doesn’t get any better

From the moment we decided to purchase our new apartment (18 months before it was completed) Max Harbron from their new homes dept was outstanding. His professionalism and dedication was obvious, and was maintained throughout the entire process, even when at times we were frustrated due to the delays with the development. We met him several times on site to see the progress, and also at the office when a few decisions had to be made. His help and understanding of our situation was invaluable and he is, without doubt, one of a very small number of estate agents I have dealt with over the years who show that not all estate agents deserve the bad reputation they often have. He is a credit to Michael Jones as he goes way beyond the norm when it comes to ensuring their customers are well looked after.

THEY ARE NOW TRYING TO MAKE ME HOMELESS

They’ve retaliated to me ‘forcing them’ to get rid of dangerous mould that was making me sick by now putting up a let sign for my room when my tenancy isn’t over till February they will try and kick you to the streets homeless rather than let you put a bad review up if they don’t take it down I’m making a police report for illegal intimidation harassment and stalking. I have no idea which one of them came up with this but it’s diabolical. They asked me to take down the other review if they got rid of the mould I was going to do it today too but now I won’t their now trying to make me homeless I’ll fight them on this in court I haven’t violated any tenancy agreement and they can’t evict me for leaving a review either. Can’t believe I was about to take down my other review as they made me agree I couldn’t do it until today as I got beaten up and am now concussed for at least 2 months. Of course they could’ve asked me but they shoot first ask questions later like a gang. I was in hospitals all week long now they want me homeless and concussed. A sitting duck to die on the streets. It would be murder illegally evicting me while I’m concussed. This not an agency it’s a team of pain inflicters.

Very good team especially Jane!

We recently chose Michael Jones as our estate agent to sell our flat. This was the best decision we could have made. We were in quite a long chain of properties, which involved a lot of coordination. Michael Jones did all this coordination/ communication between venders and solicitors despite there being a number of other agents involved from the other properties. In my opinion Michael Jones’ greatest asset is the secret card up their sleeve in the amazing Jane Tomlinson. She worked tirelessly to get the sale over the line. It was clear that we really mattered to her and we felt like she truly cared about the final outcome. Thank you Michael Jones and thank you most of all to Jane. Couldn’t recommend you enough!

Fantastic Service - Highly Recommend

The lettings team at Michael Jones are a pleasure to deal with. Over the last couple of months I had tenants moving out and new tenants moving in, with maintenance needing to be carried out in between. They worked hard to ensure the property was re-let as quickly as possible, with all the maintenance work completed in time for the new tenants moving in.
