GoogleAbsolute excellent customer service! I was looking for a rental, Lauren was the only letting agent that actually assisted and really tried to find me the right property, all others that I was registered with really didn’t show any interest! She constantly kept me up to date, liaised with other offices and honestly delivered excellent service! Highly recommend, the whole process from viewing to moving in was seamless and excellent! I’m now very happy in my new home!

GoogleI'm so grateful for the excellent service received! Graham and Colette were so easy to relate to, they understood my situation straight away - and they achieved a very good price on my sale, with their fee being very reasonable. Their communication was brilliant: Graham stayed in regular touch throughout a drawn-out and complicated sale, with myself and my buyers, and others as needed, and was always helpful, practical and encouraging. I cannot commend them too highly!

GoogleGlyn-Jones handled our sale in July 2024; it was an faultless service which far exceeded our expectations, with Richard Stern ensuring we were constantly updated to any developments whilst having a calming presence. We have used other estate agents in the area however this was a completely different experience, a big thank you from us to Richard and the team.

GoogleIndia, Steve and the rest of the staff were really helpful in directing us towards our new home. We now live in a lovely flat overlooking the river. The leaves on the tree obscure the view in the spring but it is lovely to see and hear the birds.

GoogleIt's a shame I didn't sell with Colette and the team at Glyn-Jones, as only purchased with them. Kept me totally in the loop, listened to me and was 100% professional at all times. Took alot of the stress out of the whole moving process, could not of done more for us, will totally recommend in the future.

GoogleI would highly recommend Glyn-Jones in Rustington if you are either buying or selling. I had the pleasure of dealing with Graham, who not only made a note of the kind of property I was looking for, but went as far as keeping me updated as to the state of the market, and giving me some insight as to when something suitable might become available. Graham was fantastic from start to finish. He was always on the ball, and kept me updated constantly. He also chased the solicitors when necessary! I've dealt with a few estate agents in the past, and I can honestly say that Glyn-Jones are without a shadow of a doubt the most conscientious and approachable of the lot! Thanks again guys.

GoogleI have no hesitation in recommending this agency. Every member of the team that I spoke to were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. They provided a first class service to both buyer and seller alike. A special thanks to Graham Buck, the manager who made the process of my house purchase much less stressful. Any query I had was responded to quickly. It’s a shame all other estate agents don’t follow this agents example of good practice.

He is friendly, professional and always responded in a timely manner, in fact 100% better in communication than my solicitor! GoogleI’ve been dealing with Jade Harris in this store for over a year in my current property and needed to move. She helped find me a place and then helped with everything I needed to do promptly. Always on the end of the phone or email answering any questions I had. Nothing was ever too much and was happy going above and beyond daily.
