GoogleI doubt landlords are aware of the poor level of service this agency provides. I would strongly reconsider before trusting them to manage my property. This agency seems solely focused on selling houses and neglects the proper management of rental properties. A new tenant with antisocial behavior has made life unbearable for the other residents and neighbours, some of whom have young children. Despite multiple complaints,the tenant is still there and using the flat as a social club. When I raised concerns about other issues, the response was: 'We manage so many properties, we can't look into every single one of them.' Yet they continue to take landlords’ money to 'manage' properties, which in reality appears to mean printing a tenancy agreement, collecting rent, and doing little else.Should take on less property and manage it properly. Communal area cleaning is also nearly nonexistent. A cleaning company shows up around every two months, quickly vacuums the stairs and corridors in under three minutes,spraying some air freshers so it feels clean.But ignores cobwebs in the corners, and not once wiped down the handrails.

GoogleWe dealt with India to organise seeing and renting a flat in the area. With other viewings we had had bad experiences with agents (not on time, no keys etc). None of this with Glyn- Jones and the efficiency continued through the letting process.

From the first meeting with Steve Williams late last year to take property details up until today with Russell Gautrey managing the sale to completion, the process has been smooth, efficient and totally professional. I would highly recommend this estate agency with particular thanks to Russell and Steve for delivering a 5 star service.

GoogleMoved into our new home last week after buying through Glyn Jones in Rustington. The team are friendly, helpful and proactive and helped us reach completion as the middle home of 3 in the chain. They were brilliant at helping me keep a sense of humour and keeping my hopes up when there was potential for things to go wrong! Special thanks to Graham who went over and above to help with everything I asked about. Would not hesitate to recommend them, they are what I always hoped an estate agent would be which after 25 years in our previous home, I didn’t think it was possible. They are also dog friendly in their office. That was the first test of a business, if my pooch is welcome they are off to a brilliant start! Thank you to everyone at the branch, I appreciate it

I cannot be more satisfied and grateful with the service provided. In assisting me every step of the way to sell my late Mother's house. They were there to help me right from the beginning with a Probate Evaluation and up until the final completion of sale. As I myself was a complete novice, they were amazing in their help, guidance and advice. Their communication and correspondence throughout was above and beyond exemplary. Caring and compassionate and extremely professional. I cannot recommend this firm enough. I am so happy and glad that I made the correct decision when I decided to use Graham Buck and the Glyn-Jones team. If I could give more than the maximum 5 Stars Rating then I would !! GoogleCould give 0 if I could. They called me 1 hour prior to viewing saying it has been let. I was literally driving to see it all the way from London and they called me midway. Ridiculous service!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we value all reviews whether positive or negative. Upon receiving a negative review we will always treat comments constructively to see if there is anything we can improve on. As your review suggests you were booked in to view one of our vacant properties, however your account of events is regrettably in-accurate. Your appointment was booked for 14:30 on 2nd April; we subsequently took a call in the morning from the Landlord asking us to accept an offer to rent the property from a client that had viewed prior to your appointment beng booked; our instructions were to take a deposit and continue to take enquiries on the property until such time as the application progressed. We called people who were booked in for viewings to explain the situation to them. Your review suggests that we called you and cancelled one hour prior to the viewing; in fact our phone records confirm that you were called at 11:16 in the morning (over 3 hours before your viewing) we also followed this call up with an email at 11:17. Unfortunately upon the call you were somewhat frustrated (which we understand) however your tone became rather aggressive and rude and you ended the call by hanging up. We appreciate how frustrating it can be when you are seeking a property and a viewing is cancelled particularly when travelling some distance to view. We did offer to come out and meet you at the property and show you around in order that you may take it in the event that the current interest did not proceed, however you seemingly were not content with this. We are sorry that you have had this experience however the rental market at this time is particularly competitive and there is often a number of people interested in the same property. We are duty bound to follow our client’s instructions; in this instance we have followed instructions and let you know about the other interest in as timely manner as possible. With regard to your review we understand that people are at liberty to write whatever they wish, however in order to be able to improve our services where necessary following feedback we would ideally prefer the content of reviews to be accurate and truthful, we do however wish you every success with your search for a property.

The sale of this house was somewhat emotional, and from our first meeting Colette was kind and empathetic. Contact was easy and updates always regular, they really made a stressful situation straightforward and I couldn't be more grateful to them. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
