DO NOT USE COOPER ADAMS RUSTINGTON very poor communication and service when you really need understanding at the very stressful time of moving house. They are not helpful and don’t make you feel they are working for you with your best interest as a seller despite the fact you are the one playing them money.

FacebookWe lost two different properties on two different occasions thanks to Cooper Adams, Rustington and Angmering. Both occasions they interfered where they didn’t need to, and turned the sellers against us, and we lost both sales. Certainly wouldn’t recommend them, quite the opposite, I will warn people against them.
Hi Matthew, Your agent advised us that your buyer had withdrawn from buying your home, Our seller wanted to relist their property as you couldn’t proceed with the purchase. Our job is to represent the seller and put all the facts to them, which is what all good agents should do. We are sorry you lost your buyer and chain below you. You also before this, offered on a property through our Rustington branch - there were multiple offers and the owner accepted a better offer. We always act in the seller’s best interest. I’m sure you agree that’s exactly what we should do. My name is Shaun Adams, the owner, I will gladly contact you to explain why we do things and the reasons behind things. I can completely understand why you would be upset and I do sympathise with you, but sometimes you need to see the whole picture.
