We were considering purchasing a new-build buy-to-let, but with busy full-time jobs were unsure whether the rental return would be worth the time and inevitable aggravation of managing it! We researched fully managed services as offered by agents in the area, and Cooper Adams’ was far more comprehensive than the others; we also liked the rent and legal protection cover. We were put in contact with Sam and, well, the rest is recent history - we went ahead with the purchase, Sam was all over it as soon as we completed, and tenants were in within 6 weeks! Also, as we’re not local, we were having difficulty getting the developer to get on with remedying the snagging - Sam took over, chasing the developer, and within 5 weeks later the snagging was all sorted! Sam is very responsive, pro-active and, as shown with our developer, works miracles! He’s lifted such a weight off our shoulders there. We would certainly recommend Sam and Cooper Adams to anyone else with investment properties wanting a hands-off, hassle-free experience.

GoogleWe had a re-evaluation done 2 years after moving in for remorgaging purposes. Why the guy came around I still don't understand because he had made up hi mind before getting here and gave us exactly the value estimated by Zoopla.
Since then we have had phone calls from them about evey 6 months and no matter how many times you ask them to remove you from their list they still call about 6 months later and offer some redicoulus excuse to why they are not honoring your wish to remove from their list which is strictly against GDPR Regulations.

Thanks for your review, and I’m really sorry this has been your experience.
You shouldn’t have to ask to be removed and then still receive another call. I completely understand why that’s frustrated you. We’ve recently changed systems and your request wasn’t carried across properly, that’s on us. I’ve now made sure your details are fully removed so it won’t happen again.
On the valuation, I’m sorry it felt like the figure was already decided before we arrived. That’s not how we work. We don’t rely on online estimates as they’re often wrong, we base our advice on seeing the property, local evidence and experience. If it came across differently on the day, then we didn’t explain that well enough.
We do care about getting things right, but we don’t always get it perfect. I appreciate you pointing it out so we can improve.

Four months down the line of my purchase, I found out information that should of been passed on to me by Cooper Adams at the very start, that would of changed my mind about putting in an offer. Advice to anyone who enters into a Reservation Agreement with this company, before you sign, ask them if there is anything you should be made aware of about the sale, ie if there are any circumstances that may hold up the sale. Sadly, I had to pull out of this sale due to constantly being strung along. Luckily, I am receiving a refund of my Reservation Agreement, but only after I dealt with Gazeal direct. If you’re looking to buy a property from a company who will be transparent with you from the start, then Cooper Adams isn’t for you!
