We have just moved house in what might be close to record time in the current market, due in no small part to the exceptional service from Peter and Scarlett in the Cooper Adams Rustington office. The initial valuation meeting with Peter was very professional and straightforward. The firm had obviously sold a number of properties similar to ours in the recent past, so Peter was able to offer first-hand advice on the likely selling price. This was followed up with a quality marketing brochure with excellent photos. We instructed Cooper Adams on a Thursday, the property went live on line the following day, first viewing Saturday, second viewing Monday morning, and offer of the full asking price Monday afternoon about 30 minutes after the For Sale board went up! From then on we dealt mainly with Scarlett who was totally professional and very tenacious in ensuring all parties got the deal over the line with minimal delay. I cannot rate the service from Cooper Adams highly enough. There is clearly a huge advantage in having a local and engaged team pushing the sale through from start to finish. Having experienced during our buying process the chequered service offered by certain on-line-only agents, I'd recommend a high street agent every time. DB & JB Rustington

I’d always found them professional, thorough & courteous. Once again I was not disappointed with my choice. Peter & Scarlett kept my sister & I in the picture at all times and guided us gently through the emotional journey of selling our dads house. Every viewing was accompanied & feed-back both good and bad was followed up swiftly. I would not hesitate in recommending Cooper Adams to anyone making a move. I recently rented and then purchased a property through your Rustington office. I would like to thank Scarlett for her professional and courteous handling of the sale and her endless patience. This was a protracted negotiation for a number of reasons but throughout it all I found Scarlett to be helpful, proactive and willing to do all that she could to progress the sale. She was sensitive to my needs and my predicament as I was awaiting a divorce settlement and kept in regular contact with me as the weeks turned I to months. Shaun is the epitome of professionalism, putting the customer first and advancing estate agency in much needed ways. I run an estate agency in Berkshire and have been working with Shaun to replicate the services he offers at Cooper Adams. In particular the detailed advanced property information and reservation agreements, both of which will smooth the sales process and ensure buyers and sellers are motivated, supported and have the very best chance of a successful sale/purchase.
