5 star cowboys. X husband claimed he had power of attorney over me, put my house on the market, under sold it and RICKY was in charge. Charged me a fortune for doing this too!!!!! DO NOT EVER USE

Very helpful and responsive despite the difficulties raised by Covid-19. All the staff where very helpful and we where kept up to date on the chain as much as possible as this depended on the agents and solicitors in the chain.

Always prompt in replying to issues which is great when you have no hot water. Delays when waiting for Landlord authorisation but that's not the agency's fault. All in all we are impressed with the overall service.

Extremely professional letting service. Prospect assign an agent (Beckie in our case) to assist in the communication process between the tenant and the landlord and the service we received from her throughout the tenancy was second to none.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
