Customer service is really poor. Don't have the mindset to assist the customer or solve our problems. The prospect's team prioritises their convenience more than improving customer experiences, and is not willing to go the extra mile to provide better customer experiences.

Our property is looked after by Nikki G a member of Prospect's Property Management department. She takes away any of our tenancy and property management worries. She is a good communicator, is always promptly available when we need to contact her and she makes sure that any necessary aspects are followed up to conclusion. Would therefore recommend based on our experiences so far.

She was very helpful and was very keen on getting us in touch with the right people in order to obtain an international mortgage. Natasha also matched our details with a couple other properties and booked in viewings on the same day which was really helpful and convenient! Disgusted by the discrimination and horrific attitude we faced when booking a viewing for a property to rent today. Team members at this agency were highly unprofessional. We were questioned and judged on personal matters that had no relation with the act of booking a viewing. Thoroughly unsatisfied with the lack of quality customer care and basic human decency. We sincerely do not recommend using this agency's services.

Prospect Estate Agents have been professional and helpful from the moment they came to see us about putting our property on the market right through to the sale. They spent time helping the proposed sale go forward to exchange of contracts by keeping in touch with the chain and ensuring that everyone knew what they had to do to get the sale done. I don't think that the exchange of contracts would have happened without Virginia from Prospect Estate Agents constant progress chasing.

Kate Smith has recently taken over the full management of my property and immediately got a handle on issues that I had been grappling with. Difficult tenants as well as an insurance claim. Kate has very efficiently taken these problems off my hands and made immediate progress where I was not able to before. Thankfully relieved me of so much stress. Kate has proved to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable and the best thing I could have done was to go full management and be given Kate as my property manager.
