Me and my wife have been renting…

Me and my wife have been renting through Prospects for the last 2 years and have just renewed with them at our property for the next 2 years. Our current property manager, Sasha Byrne has been amazing and is a credit to Prospects. Sasha has a great work ethic, always striving to meet our needs/requests and always maintains great communication regarding matters of the property. I would highly recommend Prospects as a letting agency and Sasha personally for her great work and continued support as our property manager!

Good Lettings AgentsWe dealt with Sasha Byrne during our time in a rented house through prospect and she was fantastic, always willing to help and genuinely friendly - I've had quite a few rentals recently and Sasha has provided the best service of any estate agent.The only star removed is due to the Landlord of the property, who was incredibly difficult to deal with and I would advise prospect as a whole to vet their landlords closely as there are definitely some bad ones on their books!

We have a property that is managed by Prospect. Like most companies I look for the 80/20 rule whereby we all strive for 100% which unfortunately is not achievable due to many variables. What is important is how and when the 20% that does not meet expectations is rectified. Prospect for us overall have done an amazing job over years with many teams; they have the 20% philosophy to rectify the challenges that have not been met. Hazel Sims is one of their stars.

Good Experience

Good Experience working with Prospect. We bought and sold our house with them and both the process was super efficient just like all of their staff. I would like to special mention Michael Sharp and Aimee Smith who were dealing with our case and they are really nice people. They always made sure that we are aware of each and every step of the process and things are moving forward at good speed. There was hardly anytime I can remember when I have to follow up with them as it was always these people coming back to us with updates. We were in contact with Beth Murphy of Prospect Estate Agents as a buyer of property marketed by Prospect. Although we were not Beth's client she made it clear that she would update us regularly throughout the process - and she did just that. This was very helpful as our own lawyer was not a great communicator and having additional input helped to monitor the sale/purchase progress. It also clarified issues and allowed me to intervene with my lawyer when necessary as I was aware of both sides of the story. This clear and regular communication from Beth was an essential element in helping us get through the uncertain system of buying a house in England. As a result of our experience with Beth I would certainly consider using Prospect as my sales agent in the future.

Have used Prospect in Aldershot several times now to find tenants for various rental properties that I have. Unlike some other agents used, the process has been fuss-free, properties have been let without any delays, and the handover process for me to take on the management of these tenants has been very smooth. It is a shame that some of my properties are slightly out of their catchment areas as it would be nice to use them for my entire portfolio.
