Absolute pleasure…

I found Prospects an absolute pleasure to deal with when selling my house. They were very informative without any pushiness. Ross was professional and guided us through our first house sale. No questions or my chasing for updates was ever a problem, and always gave his full time and attention. Their market knowledge meant that we got a great price for our house and sold at the first viewing day. I could have sold for a significantly smaller sum had I gone with another more pushy estate agent. My buyer also commented on how lovely prospects were to deal with both at the house viewing and throughout the sale process. I am really pleased and would highly recommend prospects. Thank you!

Its the worst experience i ever had.All…

Its the worst experience i ever had.All those agencies following the same patterns but this experience was beyond awful.We raised a complaint regards to delay on refurbishment.The reason of the delay was that the agency did not transfer money on time on builder as builder confirmed.We wasted money on frozen food for another week as the kitchen was ripped off and we could not used it.We did not have an information from the agency about the delay whatsoever.I accidentally called and i found out my self.All this did affect our monthly budget .Our holidays were ruined and night shifts for extra money were cancelled as the refurb. date changed .I was dealing with lots of stress because of a health issue and although i mentioned this to the agency the kept ignoring us.Samantha Baron was the only person who actually listens and provides solutions .There is a lack of communication in general.We need to call and email numerous times for things to get sorted.We had broken handles in 2 bedroom windows and anyone could open from outside.For this only we needed to call and email over a month.Our total nightmare started when i had to deal with an agent called Chloe Hoptroff. She never replies back.Ever!I never seen this in my life before.I spent time on my days off,my holidays,to reach her and even when i call another person will always say she is busy.Still to this day she has not replied since over a month ago.I've seen other reviews with people having the same exact issue with the same person.Its very sad that these people are on this jobs.I never had so much stress in my life.Very sad.

Maddie Clarke is an exceptional estate agent. Maddie is far superior to any estate agent I have used over the years. She is professional, efficient, honest and extremely helpful. My move was particularly emotionally difficult Maddie went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and less stressed she always had time to listen and talk to me. Maddie always returned my calls promptly and nothing was too much trouble for her. I highly recommend Maddie. Its been a real pleasure working with Beth Murphy on my recent purchase. Beth was extremely professional and genuine through out this process and always gave honest, pragmatic advice when it came to the property…. And avoided using the pushy sales tactic which i had experienced with other property agents . Sasha is an excellence property manager

Prospect estate agents have managed my flat for years. They have always been competent, but recently Sasha Byrne has taken over as my property manager. Sasha has transformed the level of service I receive. She has recently managed a very complex situation with 2 separate utility companies in order to get a new stopcock installed in my flat. Sasha, never gave up even though the companies involved became more and more difficult. She kept me informed through every twist and turn of this saga and ensured me and my tenant were happy. This is real above and beyond service! Sasha is awesome!

Recommendation for Sasha at Prospect
