FacebookAppalling service!! Waited two weeks for a simple valuation for probate (had to chase their office twice!!) and still waiting for an answer from their ‘help’ team.
Avoid at all costs, thankfully we found this out from a simple evaluation before we entered a contract!
Seems they don’t want to bother if there is no benefit and easy sell for them.
My sole opinion but would never give them my business.
