Being a seasoned investor I saw a flat being offered for sale by Haarts of Rushden. I saw, I offered and it was accepted. Then the issues started as I wanted to buy this through a Ltd company rather than as an individual. I found Debbie and Holly most helpful with what turned out to be an awkward purchase due to banks being over cautious and generally incompetent. Both girls know what they are doing, applied pressure when needed to officialdom and are a credit to both themselves and Haarts.

As a first-time buyer it can be very daunting to view and show an interest in properties, however Haart has made me feel comfortable and supported in the experience so far. Leeson and his colleagues have kept me in the loop with information and regularly kept in touch without being pushy. In particular, I feel they have liaised well with each other and the vendor to create an positive outcome for all and genuinely working with all parties, rather than supporting one side. I am happy with my experience of Haart and would recommend to others.

All of the guys here are fantastic, nothing has ever been too much trouble, always available to answer any queries, Debbie, Holly and Nathan have been fantastic from start to finish and I also used the services of Andrew the instore mortgage advisor who helped me with my finances through a difficult time. I sold and bought through Haart in Rushden and I would recommend to anyone. The team are now more like friends than just estate agents! Brilliant guys at Haart in Rushden, would recommend to anyone. I had a few estate agents out and Haart was the only one that valued my house based on the whole of Rushden and not just down my road, they also took into account my extension which the others where not. They made me an extra 20k on the house by doing a proper valuation. If nothing else get them out to give you a valuation...... In my case they paid for themselves.

1 I had arranged a day of 5 viewings, 2 of which with Debbie at Haart and those 2 where the most professional and enjoyable out of all of them. We met some really slimy characters that day who only wanted to sell the house they were showing whereas we found that Debbie had clearly taken her time to liaise with the vendors and build a good relationship with them which in turn helped the properties shine though. We appreciated her honesty with the properties and didn't feel pressured or intimidated. Thank you so much for making our experience as first time buyers a positive one :)

I cannot praise Debbie enough. From day one when I called up to view a house she has been brilliant. Her friendly and engaging manner is very welcoming and I felt that she really listened to our needs, especially as we had an usual circumstance. When I rang she was able to update me or if not went away and found out the answers. She always got back to me that day. Debbie always returned calls when she said - so I felt fully informed. It is satisfying when you find sales people who are interested in you and your needs and are also informative and passionate. This is Debbbie!!!
