I would highly recommend Haart Estate Agents, purely based on my interactions with a Mr Leeson Baker. Mr Baker was brilliant throughout my entire property hunt/ purchase process. He was efficient and professional in our initial dealings, consistently keeping me updated on viewing times and dates making that stage relatively pain free. After my initial viewing Mr Baker was particularly helpful when answering my follow up questions about the property, responding almost immediately, answering in detail where possible and providing excellent signposting to questions he could not answer. During my offer Mr Baker was again extremely helpful, always keeping me up to date on the process making it quick and painless. Holly Newman and her team run a down to earth, contactable and friendly estate agency and the following is also true of the other colleagues there that work tirelessly for the people they represent, ie their customers. Coffee isn't bad either!! Thankfully Andrew was a positive member of Just Mortgages Rushden who, when he looked at my situation took it on board, and like myself was shocked and surprised that I had to use his services, to sort out my re- mortgage. No thanks to the "establishment" of the lender and its mortgage advisor who couldn't do what Andrew accomplished. Well done Andrew, and though your services were in demand and you have to juggle all your customers, you still came through for me. Now that's a weight of my mind. The rest of the team in that HAART office were also non-judgemental and very approachable friendly group of people. Well done all. I have no concerns in recommending that this HAART branch should on your list to allow them to take some of the pressures off your shoulders whether buying, selling or sorting out something else for you

I would like to make a mention towards Leeson Baker who was my point of contact regarding the purchase of Spencer Court last week. From the initial phone call Leeson was helpful and informative and when he didnt have information to hand he came back to me as soon as possible. I found him to be well informed on the process and kept me informed of progress throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend Leeson and will contact him again when I wish to buy further properties. NB The only area I feel there could have been improvement in this process was the contact with the Lettings Department who, after being prompted twice by Leeson only came back to me once the process of offer stage had begun and by then I had gone to another letting agency to gain the information I required, prior to making the offer.

Haart have been great for the sale of our house. Holly came around first and gave us a valuation. Not pushy at all but very helpful and understanding of our situation. The house went on the market and sold within a day. Unfortunately the sale fell through but Teri acted really quickly and got the house sold again the same day. Since the sale, Teri has been in regular contact throughout the process. Would definitely recommend Haart in Rushden - friendly and efficient service.

Fantastic experience with haart in rushden. We were multi agency but these were head and shoulders above the rest. The photographs they took were of a considerably higher quality than so called professional photographers, and we had weekly updates to let us know what was going on in the market and different strategies to undertake to help us sell the house.
