I have recently purchased a property through haart Rushden. Both Holly and Nathan were faultless throughout the whole process. Nathan was fantastic when I viewed the property and helped when I made an offer. Holly helped with the solicitor paperwork and was always on hand to give advice and chase updates for me. Having had my house for sale for a very long time with another estate agent I had lost all faith in estate agents in general. Haart saw my house on the internet and popped a letter in the post to me asking if they could sell my house for at a lower rate than I was previously quoted. To cut a long story short I contacted Debbie at Haart and asked if she would sell my house, 2 days later, it was sold STC. We are now a few weeks in and things are to plan, if I ever need any help or advice Debbie and her team are always happy to help even with my sometimes silly questions. I must say I'm very impressed with the service I have received and looking forward to my completion date. Thank you Debbie and your team.

Leeson has been incredibly helpful so far with a house we are interested in. He has explained each stage so far so we understand as we're first time buyers. He's always at the end of the phone if we need assistance with anything. If he has been out of the office other agents have been just as helpful and passed on messages which Leeson has then followed up on as promptly as he could.
