Bests by name, ‘the Best’ at what they do. Tight-knit family run business, with super genuine and helpful people. Guided us through the whole journey. Could not be happier with the service. Deal with confidence.

Very professional service. I would definitely recommend them. I have experience with Bests both as a buyer and seller and they were so good in both cases and made us have a peaceful move!! Terry’s valuation is never wrong, we were able to sold the property at the exact amount as valuated . Alex photography is the best 😊 Bests- are the best as it says

Just had the pleasure of having Bests come round and value my home. Terry from Bests was fantastic. So professional and honest . I will happily give Bests my business and recommend them for their approach. We received sound advice and we were able to be totally honest with one another. Totally positive meeting. Can't speak highly enough about them!!

Bests have been excellent so far, lovely family run business who's combined knowledge must span 100 years. Nothing is too much trouble and they are only a phone call or email away. Would highly recommend them.

Awful past experience with this company refusing to show us a property unless we gave our bank statements to them and then it was sold to a friend of the owners, his wife is diabolical

Shocking customer service.

Shocking customer service. They seem to forget they are selling a product and have two customers. The customer selling the house and the customer buying. They care little, if anything for the customer buying.

This is a family-run business and they offer an excellent service. I sold my property through them and they were always available and responsive, ready to conduct viewings at unsocial hours (late in the evenings, Sundays, etc.) I recommend their services and would use them again in the future in the need arise.

Great estate agents. Lovely friendly and warm people. Helpful the whole way through the selling process. From valuation to completion they were always easy to get hold of and answer questions. Can not recommend Bests Estate Agents. They go above and beyond any other agency either in town or online.

A great family run business. It didn’t even take a week to sell. The professional pictures, along with the high standard of care they offer, makes Bests a easy choice when selling your home. Thank you.

Bests have just helped us sell mum's bungalow. Terry, Alex and Dawn have all been so helpful and very professional. They happily escorted potential buyers on viewings and kept us informed throughout the process. Thank you for making the experience as stress free as possible.

Bests Estate agents did a great job selling my house in Runcorn for a reasonable price, they marketed the property well and allways delt with any enquiries straight away. The house was sold within one week of going on the market.
