GoogleWell, what can I say - they are called Bests for a reason, they are THE best! Alex, Sue, Terry and Dawn were amazing from start to finish. Wonderful people to deal with and so professional but with a sense of humour. We sold our house for the price we wanted within a few days and they also tipped us off for the house we bought so we were the first to see it. Due to circumstances beyond our control, moving day was delayed and we were updated regularly and Alex was chasing all the time to complete. The team really went above and beyond - Terry even came out to deliver the keys to us. GoogleFive stars simply isn't enough for the outstanding service provided by Terry and the team. They have gone above and beyond what any estate agents anywhere else would do due to me being in the Army and 350 miles away and anything that was required, the whole team supported the sale in any way they could. I really cant thank them enough having started in December of 2019 and finally selling in July of 2020, keeping the buyer on side through a difficult period for the country and for the situation i was going through.

GoogleFrom taking our initial instruction to preparing our sales particulars, arranging viewings and liaising with our legal team, we cannot praise Bests highly enough. Our transaction was not the smoothest and our buyer's surveyor appeared to do everything in his power to create hurdles. Terry and his team dealt with this situation in the calmest and most professional of ways, providing a seamless channel of communication between us and our buyer. As we approached completion and having entered the lock-down period, Terry maintained daily contact to reassure us that all was on track. 5* service and worth every penny. We had only 2 viewings and received a provisional notification of an offer within 48 hours. Bests will not send time wasters to view your house and this was greatly appreciated by us.

Was put at ease from the start with a personal, informative and very honest chat at my property by Alex Nam. No sales pitch at all, just really honest advice.
I had a seperate local estate agent chat immediately after Bests estate agents, and found them to be over compensating telling me what I wanted to hear and not being entirely accurate/honest with the local market. Once I compared the two estate agents I immediately picked BESTS I dropped the keys of the same morning!!
A family run business who are keen to go the extra mile, by meeting people at the property weekends and evenings it did not matter. I felt comfortable from start to finish even though I was 300 miles away they kept me informed at every stage.
Highly recommended estate agents based in Runcorn!!

GoogleVery disappointed to deal with this agency, especially the gentleman who answered the phone, who spoke to me like I was a piece of **** rather than a legitimate buyer. I viewed a house on 6th Jan 2023 at Handforth Lane, Halton Lodge, Runcorn. I told the company I would be going away, doing numbers and coming back with an firm offer. In the space of 3 working days, I obtained a mortgage in principle, and checked with the council that it would be viable as a HMO with regards to local legislation. To my amazement they put the house under offer, without even speaking to me. If I was the vendor of that house, I would be disgusted with conduct of that agent.
As a responsible investor (14 property portfolio), before I make offers, I do my numbers and checks. I hope this house goes through for the vendors sake, but I would personally not deal with this agency again, nor would I view anything with them again.
If I was the vendor, I would have wanted to wait for the offer, to get the best price, so I wonder if the vendor was actually ever told I had viewed or was making an offer....I personally doubt it.
