GoogleHighly recommend this company, from start to finish and everything shutdown due to the pandemic this family business kept me well informed on what, and what not was happening. Reading other reviews gave me comfort that even though I now Live 200 miles away I could instruct them with confidence. The property sold literally within 24hrs going on the market. Without question this family run business is of a high standard and do not hesitate in giving them five stars, and I wish the business much success in the future.

FacebookIn the age of on-line low cost agents, Bests offer well sought after local knowledge, excellent customer service and a personal touch only that they can give. I don’t care what the TV adverts say, this service is needed and will be around a lot longer than the ‘flash in the pan’ on-line Guys.

GoogleOutstanding service, professional, prepared internet and sales brochure efficiently and professionally very quickly, had us on the market in no time, sold our property on first day of viewings. Kept us informed all the way, very helpful at all times and actioned all queries in timely manner. Sold and purchased property via this company. GoogleWe had decided to use a different agent to sell a house we owned in Runcorn but at the last minute we decided to give Bests a try. After being let down by another agent, we were very impressed right from the start. Having been in the property business for 20 years we have to say Bests are the most professional estate agent we have ever used. Terry, Alex, Dawn and Sue helped us sell the house for more than the asking price and did so within a week! They gave us a realistic valuation, not an overinflated one just to get us 'on their system' They kept us up to date at every stage and always gave good advise. From initial valuation, taking photographs and preparing sales particulars, through to assisted viewings, negotiations and completion. The staff at Bests had a fantastic working relationship with my solicitior. My property was marketed and sale agreed within 48 hours of initial meeting with Terry. His negotiations skills are second to none achieving a sale price well in excess of those estimated by other estate agents. Thank you Bests for an elite service at very competative rates.
