GoogleI cannot recommend Austin Residential highly enough. Susi Stevens, in particular, and her team are always prompt, efficient and go the extra mile to help solve problems arising on property related issues. Definitely a cut above the rest in the lettings arena.

GoogleI have been using Austin Residential for the past 10 years and i have ALWAYS had the most outstanding service from them, anytime i have ever had anything go wrong at my flat or any help needed they have always been so accommodating and responsive and unbelievably helpful, literally can not fault them at all, fantastic service provided and in my experience highly recommended 👌🏻

I only put one star cause there was no option to not select any. I am a tenant who rented a property through them. They never completed the rest of the required documents and now I have been living in it for a few months. They LIED about the condition of the property saying only cosmetic work needs to be done and it turned out it's a disaster. They neglected to inform me that the property is falling apart and that the landlord is nowhere to be found. However, they kept brag about the landlord making him seem like something he is not. AVOID dealing with them completely

Googlefirst time I've used an agency for years on a rental. This one had complications including me being out of the country at key times. I really don't think the team at Austins could have done any better. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to have a managed rental

I used Austin Residential in the summer to let my property in Ruislip and do not have a bad word to say, they secured a tenant within the first week and were really quick with the references etcAll in all I was really happy with their services and would be more than happy to use them again for other properties that I own.
