GoogleI have always enjoyed a good relationship with all the staff at Austin, and they have always tried to promptly resolve any concerns I may have. If I have one minor complaint it would be that the day of the month that the rental income is credited to my account varies a lot and it is not possible to determine if the fault is due to late payment by the tenant or a delay in passing on the proceeds from the Austin bank account. I suspect it is a little of both.

GoogleI have dealt with Austin Residential for the last 10 years. 95% of the time with Susi Stevens. I have found her to be very professional and approachable, answering my emails very quickly. I know I will receive an email for any legal requirements that needs to get done and Susie will make it easy for me to deal with it. I appreciate the yearly reminder and suggestions for the rental increase, which I don’t always think of. I know my property is in safe hands, and I have no cause to change the management agent. I only wish they were another Susi Steven based in Manchester!

Susi and Katie are the ones I deal with mostly, they provide a professional service, are always prompt to deal with my queries or issues and have been really supportive during difficult times. They fully manage our properties ensuring that we are compliant and any maintenance areas are addressed, which I appreciate. I would highly recommend the team.

GoogleMy family had a negative experience as a tenant (using this property agent). The agent just consider benefits of landlord and do nothing to protect our benefits. Before the checkout, we've requested Austin to hire a cleaning company for us to clean the house. We agreed the cleaning cost (which is higher than market price) & coverage at the beginning, assuming that the cleaning outcome should be accepted after the checkout. After the checkout, the agent is requesting us to pay extra money because they are not satisfied to the cleanness level. Which means we are hiring a un-professional cleaning team (recommended by Austin) and need to pay extra money after checkout inspection. The whole family is angry about the service provided by the landlord, and we don't think they really care about tenant's benefit. We don't think it is worth to pay higher cleaning cost (than market price) if the cleaning team's performance is poor. At the very first beginning, we think the agent is quite well and can find a nice house for us to rent. But after facing the incidents at the end of the tenant period, I chanced my comment to this agent. If you are looking for a place to rent, please make sure to deal with them carefully. Otherwise you may risk to pay extra money & thousands of dissatisfaction.
