FacebookDisappointing service having to wait 13 days so far with no deposit back and any response you finally get is they are still waiting for a list of costs from landlord when there has been plenty of time to do so even though the inventory report was wrong in many areas. Every time I try and call I get put straight through to voicemail or when I email I get no response or just the usual with no update. Shocking.
I agree very bad after care from what you have told me .

Ellie runs a fantastic shop and from the 1st time I met her, she made me feel totally at ease with her firiendly nature, her knowledge of the market and advise was brilliant. The office is so friendly and the staff are all so approachable and caring, at what is a stressful time. Dan and Ellie worked tirelessly on my behalf to keep my move on track through some challenging circumstances. The service was excellent from arranging viewings to completion of th contract. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Right from the word go from my valuation with Dominic through to the viewings with Rosie, to the over seeing of sale from both of them, I was frequently updated in the most friendly and approachable manner, which is a breath of fresh air in todays market with a lot of pushy estate agents around.
