GoogleI have mixed feelings about this agency.
The overall outcome was good - we managed our move after a very stressful few months, and for that I am grateful.
After our initial sale falling through, we then accepted a low offer on the premise that they were to relay to the buyer that this had to be a quick sale - it was anything but, and there were issues right up until exchange.
Biggest thing was mainly lack of communication between us and the agency, and also the agency between themselves. We would often have calls from separate people saying different things, or one had clearly been left in the dark about something - which was very confusing when trying to establish where we were in the process.
We lost trust when they wanted to tell our forward agency that we had accepted an offer when we hadn't received any offers (AKA lie). We don't work on lies, its not our style. It made me question their integrity. We had a good relationship with the forward chain agencies because we were upfront throughout the entire process - a certain member of Coopers staff could have cost us our dream house if it was left to them.
I am not going to name and shame the less helpful agents, but on a positive note I would like to commend Oliver who I found to be honest and reliable.

GoogleI chose Coopers because of all the agents who came to the property they were the most sensitive to the circumstances and the most professional in their interaction with myself and my brother. We were not disappointed in our choice. Unlike other agents we spoke to they were never pushy while we delayed making up our mind when to put the property on the market and which agent to use. They were honest in their appraisal of the value of the property and put together an excellent profile of the property we were selling. They kept in touch throughout and once the sale had been agreed kept me informed of progress. I liaised mostly with Daniel who was always cheerful, helpful and patient and always sensitive to the circumstances as the sale was due to the death of a parent.

GoogleI work in an estate agents out of the area and chose Coopers to help sell my Grandma's home. I know what makes a Estate Agents great and Coopers did not disappoint. They recognised from day one my Grandma needed support and assistance throughout the process and a personal approach to her was necessary as she had not moved house in over 30 years.
They took the time to involve her, ensure she was happy every step of the way and went above and beyond in giving her reassurance and support when pressure was applied by other people in the chain.
They helped with sales progression and the work done here kept the chain from collapsing and eased the pressure on my Grandma. This in itself is what you pay for with an agent that you do not get with online agents. Without this support, expertise and the skills at acting as a go between with all parties the chain would not have completed.
If you want a Agent who will not only get you home sold but give you the time and support to listen to your concerns but also to help resolve them then Coopers should be your first choice above all else.

Most agents in Ruislip I wouldnt give the time of day too as they are lazy and not very proactive. Coopers however were not, they called me to inform me of their new instructions rather than some 'agents' who I had to stumble on their instructions via Rightmove.
