Appalling service and Corrupt Wanted to buy a commercial property through them, had the property valued at £2000 expense and never took us serious or probably never transferred the offers over to the vendor.

Sir - I have investigated your review and have received written reports of the interactions you had with two members of our team yesterday and although there is no need to go into a full explanation on a public forum, we take the welfare of our team extremely seriously and will not accept abuse of any type. A1* review of our business undoes months if not years of really hard work by our teams and it is a shame that following your calls to the team yesterday that you feel this was an appropriate action to take. You had viewed the property initially on the 24th Nov and discussed lease terms, but no agreement had been made. We then had no further communication from you until yesterday, almost 5 months later. The property continued to be marketed and was subsequently let. We work hard for our clients to find suitable tenants and to wait that length of time would not be good service to them.
