Fantastic company to work with. Took great photos, wrote an excellent advert and maybe most importantly listened to what we wanted. We’re punctual to every viewing and always came across as professional. The service after the house sold was just as good, chasing up solicitors, chasing up our buyer. Ellis Brooke were absolutely fantastic and be assured that they are an absolute pleasure to work with. Me and my partner were first time buyers and had a lot of confusion and uncertainty on how we would purchase a property. We personally worked closely with Jemil and he was fantastic- happy and willing to answer any questions, communicating well with us and the seller. Their communication is absolutely fantastic- speedy responses, and they recommended a solicitor who was better than we could have asked for, and gave us a great price for going through Ellis Brooke. We put our offer in 2 days after the property was listed and 2 hours after seeing the property for the first time and we have had no regrets. I couldn’t recommend them enough.
