GoogleEllis Brooke Estate Agents sold our house in 3 days! As soon as we called them they came out, took pictures; walked us through the process and listed our home almost immediately. One open house and just a few days after that we had asking price offers. We trusted their judgment and it paid off, they’ve got my recommendation for sure!

GoogleThe quality and service given when selling our home with Ellis Brooke was fantastic from start to finish. The initial meeting with Paul to the regular contact with Jemil before and after viewings demonstrated their knowledge and professionalism. Great value for money, excellent communication. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleWe recently have got our parents house in Rugby sold by Jemil and Paul, as we are not local, so Jemil and Paul actually managed all the process for us, including (cleaning the house before taking photos). The whole process was very smooth, communication was good. they both are professional and thoughtful estate agent. We would highly recommend them.

GoogleI recently emailed Paul at Ellis Brooke after a good friend recommended his services to provide a market appraisal on my house. He was punctual and thorough unlike a couple of agents I have previously dealt with! He answered all of my questions and even suggested some good marketing ideas. We hope to get the house onto the market very soon.

GoogleI am Dutch and thinking about moving to Rugby UK for work and living. Jemil has organised some viewings and it was very beneficial for me to learn about local market conditions from him. He was extremely helpful, he even drove me back to the trainstation at the end of my visit!

GoogleAs first time buyers we found Paul to be so helpful and supportive with our questions. We felt like he listened to our requirements and gave his honest opinions.
