Before I decided to put my house on the market I’d noticed Ellis Brooke ‘For Sale’ boards around and how quickly ‘Sold’ signs appeared. So I chose Ellis Brooke to market my home for me. The whole process was prompt and efficient, with impressive photography and details, which quickly attracted viewings and offers, leading to a sale. All through the process I felt supported by Paul whose calm, practical approach was exactly right. First time selling a house & decided to go with Ellis Brooke based on the reputation online combined with the impression made when valuing the property and can honestly say there were no regrets. From start to finish Paul was straight-talking, knowledgeable & most importantly highly communicative. The only way I can sum up the service and professionalism from Paul and Jemil is perfect. Right from the first meeting, to the photos and then the listing the service was top notch. From the outset, Paul was informative and set our minds at ease with regards to the whole process of selling and buying a new home, which is a daunting prospect for anyone. I genuinely can't speak highly enough of Ellis Brooke Estate Agents, and particularly Jemil Antoni. From the initial viewing, they were courteous and professional. There was absolutely no hard sell and Jemil went way above an beyond. He would provide regular updates and spend huge portions of his time chasing all the solicitors/agents of those involved, right throughout all those in the sale chain to push the transaction through. I know cynics will say 'it's his job' and 'he just wants to get paid', but I have plenty of experience of supposedly bigger and more reputable agencies, and I assure you they don't come close to this company.
