We sold our house with Edward Knight after previously trying and having an awful experience with another agent, we had a complicated situation as we were living abroad, trying to sell during COVID lockdowns and had tenants in our property. Our agent promised us good communication and gave us confidence he would manage it for us. He did exactly that; great communication and consideration for our 12 hour time difference. He even organised a plumber when on the day of sale when there was a problem. I would highly recommend their professional service.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

This is rarely a stress free experience, and whilst this was no exception I found Edward Knight to be very helpful from the outset. Even whilst viewing property, it was a massive plus to see that these guys were handling it as I knew they would give good information and advice. GoogleHad a bad experience from edward knights. I wanted to take a house for rent. After viewing i was happy with the house and agreed to take it. I was given an application form and they asked all my details including bank statements and payslips which none of other agents asked. After submitting all these i was waiting for their confirmation on the house and get the contract signed, then comes the bad news.... the landlord is not happy to let the house to me as i have a child.....really? When i saw the house these guys didnt told anything. When i confirmed the house after 3 days they kept silent and after 10 days when i asked them about the status, they gave thia reason.. Now i can see the same house for rent in rightmove with £25 less than what i finalised earlier. I think since i am an indian they dont want to rent the house to me( that will be my douubt though). Never ever recommend to anyone i know..worst agents I've ever came across. Due to these guys i lost around 10 days which costed me time and money.

GoogleAyden Fryer helped from launch to completion. He took the photos and gave helpful guidance and always responded to emails or phone calls for updates of progress. Exchange and completion happened on the same day adding stress to the process of seeing your belongings being loaded on to a lorry but I hasten to add this was down to a solicitor in the chain not Edward Knight. I would recommend anyone considering selling their property to contact Edward Knight.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleTerry at Edward Knight helped us successfully complete a very tricky sale in the face of a shaky buyer chain and solicitors that proved difficult to deal with. He helped enormously by providing information through the agent chain and buyers when information from solicitors was scarce, proving an invaluable resource. Recommended. We chose Terry from a pool of around 5 agents initially, his mixture of professionalism and personality is an ideal mix for getting a house sale closed.

GoogleVery terrible service, I spoke to a guy on the phone and right from the start seemed like an inconvenience to him , did not want to help , was very rude, I said il call him back he’s like ‘don’t bother, no need to’ repeatedly even though I was trying to enquire about a property and kept talking over me, very unprofessional and overall seemed like a Mickey Mouse company.
We are very sorry to hear of this experience, however we have had no such phone call take place in our offices, are you sure you have the correct agency ? Please call me to discuss this at your convenience on 01788 543222 ask for the manager, I would be happy to help if I am able.

GoogleWe have just moved from a house in Clifton upon Dunsmore to a bungalow in the same village. The sale was handled by Edward Knight estate agents initially by Terry, and then for the rest of the process over the next three months or so from the viewings until completion the matter was handled by Paul. The service has been excellent from start to finish, in particular from Paul who was continually polite, and efficient at all times. A very professional individual who was a pleasure to deal with, made the whole process achievable and as less stressful to my wife and I as possible.

FacebookWe booked to view a house but had to postpone it due to having to self isolate. I advised them I would be out of isolation 4 days after the original appointment date. They said they would contact me to rearrange the viewing. When I didn’t hear from them I phoned and was told someone would call me back. No-one called me back and now the house is marked as ‘under offer’. I’m glad I didn’t sell through them!
This has happened twice to me !!

GoogleDisappointment on all fronts. They talk the talk but not walk the walk. Very nice people are in the team at rugby, not pushy and professional, BUT, nothing really happened in terms of service after the initial contact. Had to chase for results until they stopped replying. They redid the pictures to advertise our property which looked bland and overexposed, clearly hindering interest in the potential tenants. The brochures had blank pages and in general the quality of it all was poor.

Theres a reason why Edward Knight are so busy & people feel confident in allowing them to both sell & rent out their homes-they are just the best in their field and brilliant at what they do. I rented a property from them recently & everything was seamless, from the viewing, admin process, right through to support & finally receiving my entire full deposit upon vacating the property. They are a joyful bunch to deal with which always helps & truly professional & thorough in all that they do! I often find the entire house-moving process quite stressful but dealing with Edward Knight sure helps alleviate some of that & i wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. A big thank you especially to Harriet, Clare, Simon & the team!

However the third estate agent, Edward knight, from day one we have had nothing but professional support not only in selling our home but also put a great effort in to find us a new home. GoogleVery disappointed with the service. For over 1,5 years we have never been late with any payments, not even one day. When we move out we have been waiting to get our deposit back a month when we urgently needed money. I had to text them and remind about this few times. On the top of that i had to answer lots of stupid questions which one they should know alreday! Like they never seen the inventory check and the flat. Dont reccomend at all.
