We had a couple of estate agents out to talk about selling our house, we decided to go with Paul from Edward knight, and we are so glad we chose this estate agents. Excellent service from Paul. He was always there if we needed him, nothing was too much trouble, Paul gave good, honest advice and was there for us every step of the way. I would 100% recommend this estate agents. We bought our home with Edward Kinght and found them both efficient and friendly. Not only did they help focus on the right house for us, but also the right area to meet our needs. The sale process was smooth throughout. Recently I recommended them to a neighbour who has been bereaved. She has had several viewings, alot of interest in her house. Terry Dainty has not only been professional, but also been compassionate in the delicate situation. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Currently in process of buying a house through Edward Knight and can highly recommend them. In particular communications have been excellent. Unforeseen complications have arisen due to Covid yet Terry Dainty has kept all plates spinning and the purchasing process on track. We recently moved house and Ayden at Edward Knight acted as the estate agent for the property we purchased. Throughout the whole process he was very approachable and professional and despite the fact that he did not represent us, still helped us with anything we asked. We had made the mistake of using an online estate agent who offered no assistance whatsoever in managing the chain and without Ayden's assistance, it did look at one point like the chain may have fallen through. If you require an estate agent in Rugby I would definitely recommend them

After nearly 2 years search we eventually found the house our dreams and with Ayden’s help they managed to sell our property within a few days enabling us to secure the house. Everyone knows buying and selling is always a stressful time but Ayden and Terry did their upmost to ensure the transaction was smooth and as stress free as possible. After dealings with a number of estate agents I would definitely recommend Edward Knight, we hope never to move again but if we ever did we wouldn’t hesitate in using them !

Paul from Edward Knight is an extremely honest, reliable and generous estate agent. This is quite refreshing as not all agents live up to his high standards. I have been trying to sell a relatives house and he gave me excellent advice on marketing the property and was always very quick to respond to any queries. I just want to say my myself and my husband used Edward knight estate agents for selling our house and we also brought a house through them too and I can honestly say they were brilliant especially a gentleman called Ayden Fryer! He looked after us so well through our what should of been a stressful process and made sure everything went smoothly! I personally had a list of certain things I wanted and didn’t want and he tried to stick to them as much as he could which was amazing (sorry for being a pain). We've used Edward Knight on many occasions when purchasing buy-to-let properties. They've always been extremely "on the ball" and have kept us up to date through the whole purchasing procedure. Paul and Jemil have handled may purchases for us and they are both wonderfully professional. We have then passed our properties to their lettings department where their manager, Simon has dealt with all aspects of letting and managing our houses. As we are older and less hands on than we used to be, it's great knowing you are in safe and competent hands. We wouldn't use anyone else.
