GoogleWe have been really delighted with the service that Adam and Valerie have provided at Cadman Homes. They have gone out of their way to give advice, be helpful and have acted professionally at all times. We cannot believe our house had 3 offers within 48 hours of going up for sale. Adam has plenty of knowledge regarding the property market in Rugby and this achieved a sale for us very quickly. In fact it is in under 6 weeks that we have exchanged and completed with no problems whatsoever. Adam and Valerie have been at our property to show prospective buyers round and this has sold our house. We cannot say how grateful we are to them.

GoogleHave had two property viewings cancelled on the day of the viewing. One three hours before as they let it to someone who viewed earlier on the day. And one five minutes before because the tenant refused access.
Let's be honest about this, we did cancel one because it had been let yesterday, we couldn't take you to a property someone else had reserved, that't not fair. The tenant of the other one HAD FORGOTTEN about the viewings. Please remove this unbalanced and unfair review.

Let's deal with the facts... ...as your review is very misleading. FACT - the landlord held the deposit and we were trying to get it returned for you - FACT - it has been 11 days the legal statute is 14 as a maximum so no breach of law or policy - FACT The "three weeks" you mention is inaccurate at best misleading - FACT - you hounded the office with phone calls, threatening to come to the office with lawyers, despite us telling you several times that we were chasing the landlord - and FACT - you hung up on the staff member you mention after being abusive to them. FACT - our calls are recorded and you have made no internal complaint. FACT - you need to remove your inaccurate and misleading "rant".

After my first buyer pulled out, not only did they source a replacement really quickly, they then proceeded to help with solicitor communications and co-ordinate across a complex chain. I will absolutely use Cadman again next time I sell, as they went well above and beyond to provide a fantastic service.
