GoogleCadman Homes has been nothing short of superb so far in my experience with them. Where my previous agent failed, they have seized the opportunity by selling within 5 days and have done so with fantastic communication. The photos of the property also shined, especially relative to the previous agent. Not only did they look superb, but Adam also managed to highlight a room, which was a selling feature to my prospective buyer whilst meeting my requirements on not showing everyone online expensive tech equipment I was sensitive of people seeing at my home. Adam in particular has been a great contact, always proactive and Cadman also has a unique approach with their non cliche attire compared to the competition. I'm looking forward to continuing the journey with Cadman, and being able to acquire my home of the future with my girlfriend in the process. Thank you Cadman Homes

We have always found Valerie, Adam and all of the team to be very knowledgeable and highly professional during this time, no matter what stage of the process we were in. GoogleDo not use this agency they lie to you giving you a higher price to get into a contract at the end they tell u need to drop your proprity price, i do not recomend cadman homes at all, plus is a massive lack of communication from seller with cadman homes!
Andre I'm sorry you took the house off the market, especially as we had viewings to book in for you. (PLEASE NOTE READERS, this person has NOT complained to us about the service they have received). You also said throughout the marketing that "You didn't care about anything apart from getting the highest price". We (as always) gave you a valuation range, with the explanation that you should try the highest price and see what the feedback was from the market. It's also worth pointing out that you had 3 independant appraisals from local agents. We showed you online click through and penetration stats, and feedback from people who viewed/cancelled viewings to pursue other properties (with 3 beds for the same price as your 2 bed, in a more "popular" area). We cannot control the market's opinion of the property, we can only report it. To be fair all of our communication when through your partner.

GoogleSo far so good. Our family have been having a difficult time for personal reasons lately. After looking online I thought moving to rugby looked to be extremely difficult. I had contacted cadman homes regarding arranging a viewing for a property and explained the urgency to relocate. Every question I have had has been answered perfectly and quickly. They seem the type of company to go above and beyond. Hopefully we will be renting from them soon. Thank you to mathew for dealing with our enquiries and being very helpful
