GoogleThis office is a total shambles. Unfortunately, we inherited John Shepherd when purchasing a block of apartments that they had 'mis-managed' for a number of years. They promised the earth to retain us as clients, but delivered nothing. Lots of unhappy tenants came out the woodwork, various complaints and abysmal communication. Every aspect of their management was woeful and we could not wait to terminate their appointment at the first opportunity. Even today, their accounting to us has not been reconciled correctly yet the manager Julie Sergeant is avoiding / ignoring all contact. Some of her staff are very pleasant but are seemingly helpless and appear embarrassed at all their mistakes. John Shepherd are a stain on the property industry. Avoid this company at all costs!

I also appreciated the flexibility in pricing along with some freebies.
