GoogleHorrible experience, called to enquire about a flat I was ready to rent and the person on the phone was extremely racist and refused to even give me the time of day to put in a formal offer or even answer my questions. Will never contact ever again.
You were actually explained to that their are viewings this Friday, and as you are out of the country you may miss out? How is this racist? And also we have been asked by the landlord to rent this month - not from the 21st August like you requested? We are more then happy to help? feel free to call me 01926 887723

GoogleThis estate agent si becoming very popular in Leamington and there are good reasons for that. It happened that I both sold and bought a property with them and in both case the level of service and support was outstanding. Whenever you call there's always someone competent here to help, and the tools they use, especially their 3D mapping of the property are very powerful. highly recommended.

Wonderful marketing and photography, 3d models and plans are really good too. They stay on top of everything throughout the process, really good communication. GoogleWe booked in to see a house which was very popular and a lot of viewings booked. When we arrived they didn't have our details but as we were the first viewing that wasn't an issue. The agent wasn't very friendly, didn't seem to want us there and got a feeling he didn't think we could afford the house. We put in an offer and then a second offer but didn't get any feedback on the offer, we then saw the property had been sstc online but we still hadn't had any feedback. When we called up the agent we were told 'yes there were lots of offers but its sold' no apologies for the lack of update and when we said this was bad customer service and would have liked an updats they didn't seem bothered. Really upset with the service we got which is a shame as we are still looking for a house but hope a house we want doesn't come up with themNegativeProfessionalism

She was consistently available to discuss and provide updates, even on her days off, and she navigated through a number of obstacles with dedication and graciousness. This instilled hopeful confidence in ourselves and our buyer, where other agents may well have unnerved all parties. It is clear that she loves what she does, and she does it consummately, appreciating both the emotional and financial aspects to the process. GoogleExcellent service from start to finish. Stuart sold us our first home and it was an absolute pleasure to deal with him. With viewing larger homes than most first time buyers, other estate agents seemed sceptical and therefore rude. These guys we're very professional, zero pushy on viewing allowing us to appreciate property ourselves rather than pointing out the obvious every turn which really irritates me, they we're honest and candid. They accommodated at short notice additional viewings. Even collecting the keys during a difficult time they accommodated with an hours notice. Highly recommended. Don't change!
