I have had such a smooth time with complete from start to finish, very helpful and friendly, they are always available to help as when they say they will contact you back you know they always will! Stuart Duncan is particularly worth his weight in gold and a credit to the Complete team, Amy is also lovely and both do exactly what they say they will. Cannot fault Stuart as he goes well above and beyond and deserves a pay rise for sure! If family or friends ever need an agent Complete and Stuart will be the first that come to mind :)

I don’t usually go Out of my way to leave reviews I really Had to make an exception here !! Having used a few estate agents over the years in the area some were ok ,, But On a whole I found it seriously Hard work. Brian and his team are on Another level ,, from the portfolio they make of your property the fine details ,, the sheer quality of the advertising images write ups To the actual aftercare going through the selling process it was all On another level. Can’t thank these guys enough Brian knowing the area so well to Stuart’s managing of our house And honest advice If you want to sell your house or even buy a house Go here first ,, really just don’t Waste your time and energy elsewhere You will seriously thank me later 😊

Personally and professionally (I am a chartered surveyor) we have had dealings with lots of estate agents across Leamington. I would say that Brian and the team at Complete are the best we have worked with. There is a consistently high level of professionalism, excellent communication and a cheerful willingness to help with the practical details of a property transaction. Their communication is excellent and nothing seems like too much trouble. I just wanted to take a moment to share our fantastic experience with Brian Williams at Complete Estate Agents. My wife and I recently got married and were ready to find our next home. From the first chat with Brian, it felt like we were in safe hands. He came round to our house, took the time to understand our situation, and gave us some great tips on getting our home ready for sale. He also helped us view a few properties that were on the market. We’ve now viewed a house, put an offer down, and we’re excited to have chosen Brian as our estate agent. Recently sold and purchased our new house through complete. We have a really high standard and communication is key for us. Complete (Brian, Stuart and Matt) all stood up to the challenge and got us a few good offers and then one we were very happy with. In that period of time a property came back onto the market and Brian went out of his way to show us again and we made an offer the next day. The whole process was really professional, the photos of the house, the video and the online tracking portal were really useful and our experience was nothing but positive. Viewed a property and put in an offer. Before the viewing we were not sent the details until late in the day before. After putting an offer in the agent didn't even give us the courtesy of saying whether or not the offer was accepted. Now just seen a sold sign outside the house. Joke. I was the first viewing too and the agent hadn't opened the house until after our viewing time was so I was calling the agency to figure out if they were even coming. The viewing was under my wife's name, Priscilla Dyer.

Arranged a viewing to see a flat in Warwick yesterday 05/11/2025. The appointment time was for 1.30pm, arrived at 1.20pm by 2.00pm no one had arrived. Phoned the office and they said someone was on their way. Then received a call to say they had forgot about the appointment and could I wait another hour! If I was the client I would find another agent to represent them. How they sell properties is completely beyond me, such unprofessional behaviour. I emailed them yesterday with these comments and have not even received an apology
