GoogleGreat Service by Stuart Duncan. From the first meeting he was very knowledgeable about the property and extremely helpful. Then he gave really good support through the offer and up to completion. The whole team was really helpful, as they also stepped into provide assistance to questions, when Stuart was unavailable.

They showcased our property very well with an amazing brochure, 3D virtual tour/walk through and online marketing which resulted in a quick sale at a very good price. Stuart then provided support throughout the sales process communicating with us and the buyer to ensure completion was achieved in a timely and stress free manner. Many thanks Stuart. GoogleJust left complete after two years of renting the whole process from finding a property to leaving was so easy this in no small part was influenced by our agents at the Leamington office especially Sara and Brian. When things needed doing they were there for us. Would recommend them if you wanted to rent. Thanks to all the team

GoogleI wish that I could give them 0 stars. Most dishonest, deceptive and scamming Estate agent that I’ve ever encountered (Mathew). If he contacts you, report him and run away! But the best is the precaution: Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Most horrible experiences of my house hunting with the guy!!!
We had multiple offers - it wasn’t a developer that owns the house it was our client? Yet she didn’t choose your offer (which was put forward! By Law!) So I can’t help but feel that you just have a very poor attitude to loosing a home? I’d score you as a buyer 0. Feel free to come and see me or I could call you to discuss - as it’s the owners choice not ours? Best of luck house hunting

GoogleIf you're looking to sell your home then Complete247 are the agents to use. They demonstrated total professionalism across the entire process. The marketing material for our house was produced with speed and the highest quality imagery. They created a fabulous amount of interest in our open day, and were considerate to us with subsequent individual visits - not that we had very many as they had our house sold in just over two weeks. Thank you to the entire team at Complete, especially Brian and Philippa who remained patient and helpful at all times.

GoogleWe have been so pleased with the professionalism and attitude from the whole Complete Leamington Spa team, and special mention and thank you to Phillipa and Amy for staying close and keeping us in the loop. From the outset the enthusiasm and motivation to do a great job selling our property was a cut above, as was the photography, brochure, online marketing inc. the virtual tour technology - what a great marketing tool. We interviewed a few agents but really made our mind up at 1st meet with Complete. Our review a bit gushy some might say but people who love their jobs and go the extra mile deserve great reviews as far as my husband and I are concerned - thank you!

GoogleGreat service from Complete, move wasn't straight forward (when are they ever) but all involved at Complete (Amy and Stuart in particular) were always available to help with the process. Great listing, pics, drone, matterport etc all helped present the house really well, had no trouble bringing in offers and got the move completed.

Misinformation, no proclivity, rude staff and disinterested management. Everything you DO NOT want in an agent who is supposed to be acting in your interests when selling your home! To get two properties to completion all the chasing and leg work had to be done by me. All they are concerned about is their fee and nothing else. Even when complying the MD did not call back as promised. Do yourself a flavour and avoid this shower!

Brian's confidence and captivating positivity together with a very reasonable contract made me choose them to sell my house. The printed and online property particulars and links are just brilliant.

This company is a joke, unprofessional right through from first contact on the phone with a terrible flippant attitude, they were asked various bog standard questions, they didn't have the answers and promised to get back to me with the answers and a viewing slot, needless to say I never received the call back from them
