GoogleI have been gazumped, put an offer in on a house and started all the wheels turning with mortgage brokers, solicitors and surveyors only to have a call saying another buyer has offered more. I completely accept that someone might have offered more money but it is horrible practice to tell someone they have had an offer accepted only to tell them THE DAY AFTER that the situation has changed. Would not be surprised if the only reason this person has offered more is because the agent called them and told them our offer had been accepted to pressure them to offer more. Appalling. I have heard stories from others with William H Brown too. DO NOT TRUST THESE GOOD REVIEWS.NegativeProfessionalism

Unfortunately we had to also deal with Purple Bricks to purchase the property we wanted, however the staff at WH Brown were able to help us deal with the poor communication from PB & the vendor to keep us on track. GoogleWe have just bought a house from Katie Fox at William h Brown enough. I can not say how amazing our experience was purely because we had the most amazing estate agent there is . She was full of knowledge about the home about the entire process, she kept us updated and didnt mind us ringing her non stop as we were so excited about our new home. She has been fabulous with accommodating our crazy work schedule and juggling a 11 month old, who absolutely adores Katie as well.She really made our experience the best it could possibly be , William h Brown this girl needs a pay rise she is a star.
