GoogleI'm afraid I was not impressed with this agency. When I asked to view an apartment listed by them, agent Steve said he had considered buying it himself. That struck me as odd but I made an offer after the viewing. Not accepted. Still interested, I considered whether to raise my offer. Asked Steve first if he was still interested in the property. Said he wasn't. I made a higher offer. Steve called the next day to tell me 1) it had been accepted 2) seeing the seller would accept that offer, he was going to buy it after all. I do not appreciate having my time wasted, and I've now learned that this kind of behavior flies in the face of the Property Ombudman's code of practice.

GoogleJo isn't my estate agent. She's the estate agent of the vendors I'm buying from. I sold my house last July and moved out in October. Still haven't moved into the new house yet, but almost there. Jo has been amazing. Better than my solicitor in obtaining information from various sources and updating me. If she suggests using a Barnsley solicitor, I'd take up the offer. If they are as good as her, then that's good enough for me. I have no idea how much uflit charge, but I bet it's not as much as the £2k I paid for the estate agent I used to sell my house. And no where near as help as Uflit. It's been a traumatic 9 months, with a few moving dates cancelled for various reasons. Jo works out of hours, above and beyond. I would definitely recommend Uflit. We experienced lots of difficulties with the conveyancing process and Jo went above and beyond throughout ensuring we were kept up to date at all times and working to ensure the sale went through smoothly. Uflit work at an exemplary level which all other estate agents should aspire to. We cannot recommend enough.

GoogleWhat can I say about the level of service we received from Jo and Steve? Exceptional, bespoke and professional are many of the superlatives that spring to mind. In a very challenging period which presents a multitude of constraints, we have still managed to move to our dream home. I have no doubts that if it wasn't for the diligence, honesty and shear work ethic of Uflit, we would still be in limbo. How many companies provide a 7 day service to such a level that the outcome is as personal and important to the client as it is to the customer? I would highly recommend Uflit. The alternative companies we engaged with in the early stages were not evenly remotely close in comparison. From the initial contact to the pictures and wording, things seemed refreshingly superior. GoogleWhat an amazing company! Jo and Steve supported us in the sale of our property, they showed people round due to this being our second property. What we loved was the fact it was a 7 day a week service! Sunday viewings no problem! Want to book a viewing, you’ll get a response even at 9pm! Talk about value for money! £700 and nothing until you sell!!!! The price does not in anyway reflect the service! Brilliant busy and lovely people! Liz x
