GoogleWe've had a faultless experience with Uflit, we originally went with another estate agents who were impossible to get hold of and not much help throughout. Uflit have been the exact opposite of this, always available both by phone and email. They have dealt with all queries in a timely manner and made what can be a stressful process, extremely stress free. I could easily name each person we have dealt with but they have all been equally as efficient, we would highly recommend. The cost is more than fair and cheaper than most, if not all other companies which when you consider the amazing service you receive, it's a no brainer to go with Uflit!

GoogleWe received a first class service from the Uflit team and all for a very reasonable fixed price. From the outset, right through to completion, we were kept fully updated with how the sale was progressing, and whenever we encountered any issues which affected the progress of the sale, they were always on hand to offer advice or make the necessary calls to the solicitor or the purchaser to ensure any potential delay to completion was minimised. My wife, when acting as an executor had previously used a very well known estate agent, who uses the same fixed fee business model and their service by comparison was way below par compared to that offered by the Uflit team. The Uflit team offers a much more customer focused and personal service, so If you have a property to sell, then I'd strongly recommend you at least speak to them before deciding on your choice of estate agent.

GoogleI'm so glad to have used Uflit to sell my house. They are professional and friendly. They always reply straight away to messages or calls even at weekends or evenings . And kept me updated weekly. I did all viewings myself as there's a fee for accompanied viewings. I received alot of good offers to choose from within a couple weeks of being advertised for sale. Only reason I've not given 5 stars is that In the current market and the size of my property I feel I could have sold for a much higher price had I advertised for longer. But I needed a quick sale. GoogleIf you want the best go to Uflit After a year of stress at the fear of losing our rented home and viewing over 40 houses to rent I had the pleasure of meeting Joanne. I almost gave up trying to find the house I was viewing with her as it was tucked away in a corner but I'm so glad I perserved. Although that house wasn't for us; when our current home became available communication was second to none. Joanne came with us to meet the owners and offered them and us the reassurance we needed. Joanne and her colleague Louise were empathic and really cared and the lovely moving in box and card added to that personal touch. We are renting at the moment but if we achieved our dream of buying one day we wouldn't go to any other estate agents. These are estate agents with a genuine and sincere passion to listen to your story and your requirements and find you your dream home. We can't say how thankful we are and we do genuinely mean it. Thanks for breaking the stereotype of estate agents and both you and Louise being so warm and approachable.

Me and my partner have been searching for a new To Let property since October. Its Now January and we've had the easiest two weeks of our lives after letting through Uflit. So when I came to selling my own home I shopped around for the estate agent that I knew had my best interests at heart.
from the moment I met Steve I knew he was the right choice his knowledge on house prices in my area , market conditions and his realistic approach to selling my home were priceless . I was pleased with the photos taken the write up on right move and the arrangement of house viewings were all a seem less experience , My property was sold within 24 hrs to market.
However the great customer service didn’t stop there and I can only say Kelsey is a true asset to the team at uflit , always on the other end of the phone , pro active in chasing the chain and showed true empathy for my personal circumstances, as I’ve dealt with my pregnancy and birth of my new born baby throughout this sales process , Kelsey has helped with all the stress house moving has.
I’m so pleased with uflit and will highly recommend the team in Rotherham to friends family and clients
