I feel like they are OK for sellers but horrible with buyers. Make constant mistakes eg messing up agreed timings, and generally kind of rude. I've spoke to several at a couple different branches and hated every experience with them. Puts me off viewing any more houses with them.

There was no pressure from them when they initially came to visit to do a valuation and after this the photographs and brochure were done very quickly and my house up for sale online. GoogleGot an offer accepted to buy a property through Uflit. Having all of my proof of funds from me the company left the property on the market without informing me while I was ill for 4 days and allowed another buyer to move in at a higher offer and I was gazumped. Unethical as I was not informed at any point by email, that had been our means of communication at every point. It was all done behind my back. I was not angry at the higher offer that was accepted after mine was accepted. I was angry I was not kept updated. Left shocked and traumatised by the whole experience by Uflit!!!
