GoogleReally polite and helpful over the phone with any inquiries, and do great at bridging the gap between the tennant and landlord, never waiting ages to hear back. Also Maggie guided me through repressurising my boiler over the phone without making me feel stupid, and I was being a bit stupid.. so thanks Maggie 🙂.

GoogleWhen we chose an estate agent we had a couple of appraisals but when Emma visited us she was like a breathe of fresh air. She understood we were grieving, she never pressured us to make a decision and we felt she was the perfect person to sell our property. She sold it like it was her own, 6 days and we had the offer we were looking for. We were then passed to Sue, what a lovely lady. We did ask lots of questions and were always calling her on the phone. She was always available and helped us every step of the way. If we need an Estate agent in the future , Merryweathers will be our first choice. They are traditional yet professional and gave us the support we needed during a difficult time. All estate agents should be like Merryweathers. Thank you to everyone for a great service and for exceeding our expectations.

GoogleTheir rental process was a nightmare because I'm self employed they had to do a million checks and charge me ridiculous amounts of money for 50 different things, even though I'd been paying rent on time for the past 4 years previously and on time. Some of the staff were rude and abrupt. The checking out process and handing keys back was much more pleasant and straightforward and I want to thank Louise specifically for this. She was polite and courteous and made things really easy.

Pleasant enough to deal with. I offered £140000 on a property back in May 24 only to be told that I would need to significantly increase my offer in order to be in with a chance of buying. The property was listed for £120000. I have just seen on Zoopla that the property finally sold for £125000, significantly lower than my offer. It would be interesting to know why I wasn’t contacted prior to the house selling well below my offer price.
