GoogleWe chose E L R because Truly came over as a very competent profession person. And was very helpful. But towards the end of the sale process things seemed to decline .
Thank you for the feedback & review Mr Kay. I'm obviously disapointed by the 2 star review so have looked into your purchase, read the notes & spoken to Truly. As far back as March Truly was chasing both Solicitors explaining that you wanted a completion ASAP & she chased them weekly. She did as much as she could to hurry things along but as you were aware, the communication between the Solicitors wasn't very good & this slowed things down at each stage. I feel your 2 stars reflects on their service. I hope you enjoy the new home.

GoogleVery disappointed, they were unhelpful didn't have a clue what was going on. So basically I paid £2600 to sell my own house as they did nothing. Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't use again

GoogleOutstanding professional but friendly personal service received from Richard, Tracy and Stacey. We were kept well informed regarding the sale of our property. We found their approach very proactive and reliable. Tracy even sent us links for rental properties marketed by other agents to help us find a suitable short term home. We can highly recommend the ELR team in Wickersley to go above and beyond.

GoogleFrankly poor! Seeking additional valuation when selling parents' property. ELR came in 40% less than 2 other valuations.
Morning Sally, Our records show the valuation was 4 years ago in 2018 so I wish you got in touch with us back then to discuss the valuation rather than leave it 4 years to show your disappointment. However, as the Valuer & Director of the Rotherham Office with over 23 years valuing experience in and around Rotherham & in my defence, I was on holiday for the period you had your valuation & a colleague of mine from another Branch was standing in for me during that time. Although he is an experienced valuer, he may have struggled on your individual property & the area. I would have been more than happy to come back out and see on my return. In the future if you require a valuation from ELR, please make sure I'm not holiday! I'm glad you managed to sell the property for a fair price in the end.

GoogleUnfortunately a very poor experience, called to view a property, they forgot to arrange it, called again, left details again, no response, tried email, no response. I feel for the sellers, people want to view their property but ELR stand in the way with no response!
