They were always on hand to help, very quick to respond to queries and sort out things that I requested. Excellent communications and a no pressure approach from them when they initially came out to value property and discuss selling/buying options. Got my forever home now but would recommend to others.

GoogleELR Wickersley = THE BEST!! My house sale could not have gone better. Richard valued the property absolutely spot on to what I thought it should be sold for and I appreciated his honest and very knowledgeable advice. The house sold for exactly the asking price of what he valued it at and we completed super quickly as, luckily, there was no chain. The staff at ELR obviously deal with a lot of people on a daily basis but every single member of staff...... Richard, Tracy, Stacey and Jane all remembered my own personal circumstances, my property, who was due to view, who had been to view, how many offers were on the table etc. They all had the right attitude for getting things done and were very lovely and professional at the same time. I found them all very endearing. Thanks ELR for everything. Hope you all liked your card and gifts it was the very least I could do. I do, and will continue to, recommend you to anyone who will listen to me. Would give more stars if I could! THANK YOU!!!

Stacey in particular has been excellent from first alerting me to this property until its completion today. Stacey responded promptly to any questions I asked her along the way and really did go the extra mile with help and reassurance when needed. First class and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Even though I was a buyer rather than a seller they treated me with respect and kindness throughout the whole process. Not having bought a house for 25 years, this help and guidance was very much appreciated.

How things have changed in the last 4 years. They and all the others just seem to throw many obstacles in the way probably because they have tennants throwing themselves at them they can do as they wish and it not matter. Wanted to view a property and the only option they had was a week away in a block booking. I wanted to pay 6 months in advance and still wasn't bothered.

GoogleELR were brilliant throughout our purchase, they kept us informed regularly and were really on the ball at every stage. Towards the end when things were dragging on a bit they were constantly pushing to get things moving and were instrumental in getting us to completion. I would definitely use ELR in future if I decide to sell my home.

GoogleAbsolutely terrible estate agents. They do not have the tenants at their best interests. Never get back to you when you have an issue and nothing ever gets done. Very disappointing would not use these agents again and I would advise people against renting through this company.
