An estate agent who don't want to do any work. One example we didnt have a working shower the water was barely coming out. The shower was the only thing we had in the house when we were shockingly told cause its electric they couldn't fix it. We had to get someone to come look at it who told us the shower head was clogged (fixable). That was just one example. We had many all the same, we had to get someone else to come out to do they're job. We asked them to come out to us to look at the problems and they didn't. They continued on email. Shockingly bad truly, they don't care about the people. We were in a freezing cold house with no shower and they didn't help at all just left us.

It’s now my third time using Keenan’s and as with the first two, its been exceptional service throughout. Adam came out extremely prepared and gave a thorough valuation of my property and the surrounding markets. I did have another valuation, who I won’t name, but they actually valued it significantly higher but could not back up the figure with any similar sales and I had the feeling they just wanted to tell me a higher price to get the sale. I achieved the figure I wanted within 2 weeks of marketing with Mel tying the deal very professionally. I have two more properties to sell next year and will 100% be using Keenan’s !!

We were absolutely impressed with the service provided by Keenans Estate Agents especially Ella. The whole process of buying a house, from the initial stage of viewing the property and to the final stages of completion went very smoothly due to Ella’s proactive approach and professionalism. Ella was very informative, polite, built good rapport, and always had time and patience to listen to what we had to say and answer any of our questions and queries. She would always update us on a weekly basis without fail in regards to any updates, on any progress made about the purchase and would guide us with anything we were unsure of. As we all know, house buying can be a very stressful and a difficult experience, but having a person like Ella being part of this process can make the whole experience an enjoyable one due to her customer orientated approach. I used Keenans as managing agents for my home when I was working abroad and needed to let it out.The service was very poor from the word go and cost me directly financially and indirectly through stress.When I gave notice to end my relationship with Keenans they ignored me until I made a formal complaint. Keenans ignored my formal complaint, I went to the ombudsman and Keenans misled the ombudsman, that is the last straw for me, simply breathtaking.I would recommend anyone to avoid Keenans like the plague

Absolutely hopeless

Absolutely hopeless. I have just tried to engage in a potential purchase through Keenan’s, but they neither answer emails nor phone calls. I got as far as putting in an offer on a property a week ago after chasing them numerous times, but I have literally heard nothing further from them, even after telephoning yet again and leaving a message requesting an update. I am now walking away. There are a number of other agents who are very keen for my business, especially in these difficult economic times, so I will certainly not be wasting any more of my time with Keenan’s.

I had an excellent experience using Keenan's. I found them to be extremely responsive and helpful at all stages. My sale had a few ups and downs (not the fault of the agent), but Robert was brilliant and found us the right buyer.After the sale was agreed Ella dealt with our matter and was always helpful and called me back when requested.
