GoogleI bought my first home through Keenans 9 years ago and decided to go back to them to sell it on. The valuation was higher than another local agent I also approached and the chap valuing it said it would sell super fast. I was unsure myself but turns out they were correct. After the first viewing a few days after going on the market I accepted an offer. Ella looked after me throughout the sales process from then on. She was great. She gave me regular updates and chased the solicitors and really pushed the sale along. In the end it only took 3.5 months to complete which I was very happy with. Couldn’t fault Ella or Keenan’s in general would defo recommend.

Mel, Archie and Aimee all came to have a look around my property prior to it being marketed, which gave me so much confidence in them caring about selling it. Within 2 weeks of it listing online we had 5 viewings and 2 offers. Fergus was fantastic at showing buyers around. Fantastic Service so far !

We chose Keenans Rawtenstall to sell our house primarily because of their competitive fees. Looking back, I wish I had done more research beforehand.
