Dreadful people, symptomatic of many in this sector but these people really take the biscuit. Rude, condescending, don’t return calls or acknowledge emails and generally downright terrible to try and deal with. One particular individual personally was bordering offensive to me and caused me a great deal of upset. What they don’t know is 30 years ago I sold a property through this firm and they earned a significant fee from me. They never even asked if I had a previous experience with them or why I chose to contact them. These people don’t care or take any time to understand. I praise good service and reward exceptional experiences but if my experience is any measure of how they treat people then there are no words to describe such an appalling outfit. If you’re thinking of renting a property with these people, really, don’t bother. You’ll be treated as a third class citizen. AVOID!!!

Many thanks for your review and I am so sorry that you felt our service to be below par. We were trying to explain that the property is very old so doesn't qualify for an EPC ( which we understood was important to you ) and the bedrooms very small, especially bedroom two, the kitchen so compromised that the cooker is positioned in the sitting room! Its really very quirky but you are more than welcome to take a look if you think it would suit? We have shown families before and they have said its been a waste of their time so wanted to make you fully aware of the situation.
