We were shown a property today by Oli Hilditch. He was very professional, gave us some helpful information regarding the property. My mother is disabled and so slow moving however there was no rushing us which was much appreciated by my mother.

GoogleWere fantastic with getting house sold and re-sold once buyers pulled out. Kept us informed at beginning with what was going on with viewings, offers and feedback. Went a bit quiet once house was sold while we were going through the solicitors process until it became apparent we were about to exchange. Left the chasing/update gathering during to another agent who was in the chain. Also a few questions we asked to pass to the buyers went unasked without followups. However, overall, they were fantastic for getting the house sold and all staff were friendly and professional throughout.

I had a terrible experience with this property agency. After deciding not to proceed with a rental, I informed them well in advance, more than 7 days before the process could move forward. Despite this, they unreasonably withheld my payment and unjustly deducted the entire amount. Their lack of transparency and disregard for ethical practices are appalling. When I reached out for clarification, their response was dismissive and unhelpful. This agency seems to prioritize profiteering over fair treatment of customers. I strongly advise against dealing with them. Their practices are not only unprofessional but also outright exploitative. Proceed with caution if you choose to engage with them!

GoogleWARNING. Be careful. Morris Dibben are expensive and very poor value for money. We have had a disastrous time with our sale and have felt completely deserted by the agents that were supposed to be acting for us. Thankfully I managed to successfully save my sale but my advice would be to cut out the middle man and market yourself! When questioned as to why they think they earned their fee I’m told the nearly £3000 is purely for them to find a buyer, not to handle the sale!!!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe have found the sales person at this estate agent to be the most unprofessional and rude to deal with. Definitely wouldn’t recommend selling or buying a house through this company. We have been left feeling like we cannot trust this agent at all when it comes to purchasing a property through them. To be told “If you had listed your property with us then I’d have been able to get you in for a viewing” on two occasions almost felt like I was being blackmailed and denied the opportunity to buy our dream house. Not impressed one bit and very disappointed.NegativeProfessionalism
