We bought a house through Michael Rhodes and they were fantastic! If we ever decide to sell we will be using Michael Rhodes. Natasha who sorted our viewings was very helpful and friendly, always answering anything we queried and finding things out for us. Pam supported us through the sales progression, she was amazing! Pam was fantastic at keeping us informed, chasing solicitors and generally keeping everything on track. As first time buyers we were a bit unsure, but Pam made sure we knew everything we needed to. A huge thank you to everyone at Michael Rhodes, in particular Pam for helping us!

Rude staff also quick to judge someone so they only accept cash buyers unless you have the cash you won't be allowed to view any off theirs property as they judge me for saying I had a property to sell so couldn't view a property never actually asked how I was funding it which we were actually cash buyers so definitely won't be recommending theirs services infact would advised people to do the same and stay away from.there have now lost a potential customer

From the start they were very good. I had a specific time window to sell my home which they understood and followed . From the pictures and write up of my home which was original and there attention to detail was refreshing compared to other estate agents I had used. There technology that they use to book and give feedback on viewings is really good. Giving the information as people view your home. Regular updates and the advice they give is second to none. Then as a part of there team they have progresses who do what the title says once you have a buyer they help chance thing's up. With my sale they had there work cut out as I was in a chain. With the 1st in the chain been challenging. But Alison was amazing with sorting the issues and keeping me updated. I would definitely use them again and recommend them. They were brilliant.

I could not recommend MG enough. They went above and beyond my expectations. Kat’s marketing of our house was amazing. She really goes that extra mile when writing the description. I chose M G Estate Agents as they were local and I thought they would have a really good understanding of the local house selling market in my area. My assessment was spot on,. The assistant manage was was very supportive whilst giving me realistic and valuable advice on the local market and the best way to put the house up for sell. Photography and marketing was excellent. When we went live I was kept upto date with viewings and feedback having 5 viewings the first weekend and 4 the second with offers following on. I would say that the whole M G Estate Agents team worked really well together to make my house sale happen. They had a Mortgage Progressor who kept me up to date with progress being made along the way. When things were slowing up even the managing director pulled out the stops to get the sale clinched. Highly recommended.
