I recently used Michael Rhodes in Romsey for the sale of my late father's bungalow, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. I would like to thank Nick and Natasha for their support, but a special mention must go to Pam Foyle, their Sales Progression Manager. Having bought and sold many properties over the years, I can honestly say Pam’s service was the best I have ever experienced. She was consistently professional, polite, and above all, incredibly proactive. I never once felt the need to chase her, as she dealt with every question and issue that arose in a timely, efficient manner. Pam and the team made the entire process seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend the team at Michael Rhodes.

I recently rented a family home in North Baddesley through Michael Rhodes Estate Agent in Romsey for my sabbatical year. Although the process took just over two months, longer than I had anticipated, the service was exceptional throughout. As an international academic arranging a move to the UK, I had some complex circumstances to navigate. Nick took the time to understand my situation as an academic visitor and was considerate and flexible about the timing of each stage. What stood out most was his proactive approach. Questions were answered promptly, matters were followed up carefully, and I never felt the need to chase for updates. His courtesy and clear communication made a potentially stressful process feel manageable and reassuring. Michael Rhodes, Romsey were the agents for a recent purchase. All the staff we encountered during the process were great. There were some issues with the purchase and there were a number of times when we may have withdrawn, however, I cannot praise Pam Foyle, the sales progress or highly enough. I doubt that the purchase would have been successful without Pam's diligence, determination and drive. It has been a pleasure dealing with someone who always responds promptly to enquiries, is highly efficient and eternally optimistic. Pam has been a superstar in our little drama and deserves the credits.

Viewings are easy to schedule and the instant feedback is amazing. Special mention goes to Kat, who took so much time and attention to detail to ensure our home was showcased at its best in the photos. Lucy and the team at MG are nothing short of amazing! After speaking with several other agents to list and manage the sale of our property, we decided to instruct MG and what a great decision it was! When Lucy came to value our home, she was down to earth, honest and didn't try to flog us a list of corporate nonsense (unlike other local agents) and made us feel confident in their abilities as a smaller independent estate agent. Kat came to take photos of the property and again, was lovely, down to earth and really respectful of our home! - the photos/3D tour looked amazing! We were also looking to purchase a property in the local area, and the MG team took note of the exact type of property we would like to buy, again Lucy came through with our ideal home, knowing it was exactly what we wanted. Lucy took us to view the property, and we fell in love.. a few days after.. it was ours! After a really difficult time looking for our first house in an ever increasing market; Gavin was genuinely the first estate agent we met who actively wanted to help us out! He went above & beyond to make sure we got the best chance at getting an offer accepted and then the whole team were incredibly helpful in pushing the sale through after dealing with some very slow solicitors.
