GoogleI would highly recommend Michael Rhodes Estate Agents. If you are looking for a local estate agent that ensures a smooth sale or purchase of your property then this is the agent to choose. They are highly professional and very approachable and helpful. My house was sold very recently and at all times I was kept informed of the progress. They do provide an excellent service from a very friendly experienced team.

GoogleMichael Rhodes were our agents for selling our home. Their quotation was accurate to the eventual sale price and all the staff were really professional and friendly with clear communication. Pam in particular was a lifesaver, giving really consistent and empathetic support throughout what unfortunately was quite a tricky process (through no fault of Michael Rhodes). She kept us and our buyer informed throughout the sale in a friendly and professional manner. Highly recommend.

GoogleThe team at Michael Rhodes were our agents for selling our property and also agents selling the property that we purchased. Throughout the whole process, we met a several of the team members and found them all to be friendly and professional. Every time someone had said they would do something or give feedback, it happened without us having to chase them. We were kept well updated throughout the process of buying and selling and communication was very good. We found the whole team to be efficient and reliable and feel their input made the process as stress free and smooth as possible. We would recommend Michael Rhodes Estate Agency and if we were ever to need an agent again, they would be our first choice.

GoogleThey got us our dream house! Genuinely. We purchased a semi detached in a rural location. MR were absolutely outstanding helping us to navigate the complexities of legal processes. When times were stressful, it was thoroughly reassuring to have MR "in our corner". We don't plan on moving any time soon, but if we were, we'd know who to instruct.
Hi Will, thanks for the review. Hopefully you enjoy your new home. Best wishes, Nick at Michael Rhodes.

GoogleExcellent from start to finish. Oliver, who was our estate agent at the initial viewing was very welcoming and helpful. I cannot praise Pam enough in her help throughout this process. She replies promptly to emails and was always there to provide any support or answer any questions we had. Without her professionalism, we wouldn't of been able to complete in the necessary time-frame. Couldn't recommend Michael Rhodes more.
Hi Lee, thanks for the review.

GoogleIf I could give them 6 stars, I would! We had a fantastic experience with Vicky at Michael Rhodes selling our flat. Michael Rhodes are one of the few offices who answer calls up until closing time (as so many estate agents appear to finish 30minutes before) and are always fast to respond to messages. Vicky made the whole experience very easy and stress free, ensuring we were kept up to date with everything within good time. We are hoping that our next purchase will be through Michael Rhodes as they were such a pleasure to work with.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThe team at Micheal Rhodes couldn’t have been more helpful with the purchase of our property, meaning we managed to complete and exchange just before 1st April even though our solicitors seemed to be doing there most to make sure it didn’t! Competent, easy to deal with and they always call back after they say they will. Highly recommended.

GoogleWe have recently purchased our new home through Michael Rhodes Estate Agents and have had the pleasure of working with Pam Foyle, Sales Progressor. Pam has been on the ball, dealing with tricky solicitors and making sure that everything could run as smoothly as it possibly could! Pam has been very diligent and professional, and I was lucky enough to meet her in person when collecting the keys - a lovely lovely lady, and the perfect person to have helping your get your purchase over the line!
