GoogleI recently popped into the Romsey office a week ago. From the moment I entered the office I was greeted by a member of staff who immediately provided me with great knowledge of the local area and properties that they have got on the market currently and the potential properties coming to the market within my price range. Looking forward to future communications with the team in relation to any new properties they get. 5* Rating for customer service and knowledge

GoogleEmma, the mortgage advisor at Connells, is a breath of fresh air. Not only does she take the strain of purchasing a property, she uses plain English and is very informative whilst finding me the best deal. She is currently helping with my mortgage application and mortgage protection products. Great service from a great lady. Won't use anyone else.

GoogleAbsolutely delighted with them from start to finish. Had my bungalow with another estate agent for nearly a year and it failed to sell so changed to Connels who promised to sell it within six weeks and they then sold it to the first person they sent to view the property. The brochure was excellent. Thank you for handling the sale of our mother's property with care and sensitivity and keeping us informed frequently. GoogleDreadful service, been up for sale since end of Feb, still no for sale board up, terrible spelling in the description, even after being told about it they have not corrected it.
